The global management challenge provides participants with a structured simulation environment where teams manage virtual companies over two (2) main decision cycles. Each team is required to analyze financial and market data, make strategic choices in marketing, production, human resources, and finance, and compete for superior investment performance. Eight (8) top performing teams will advance to the National Final. One team will emerge as the National Champion to represent Ghana at the International Finals. The national champion team from Ghana will compete with other national champions from over 30 countries for the coveted global title.
